After meeting we would like to have your confirmation and
commitment to go ahead, and as soon as you confirm, we will send
you a Starter Pack, which is designed to identify, focus and
build upon your High Value. We work with these
Starter Packs during the Management Consultancy Training,
Development, Contact and Support Programme.
This is
an intensive Programme designed to aid change, which includes
over 50 Tools and Techniques for Associates. Entry
to Consultancy is supported by sessions and support on
Individual Associate Development, Management Consultancy
Training, e-Learning and Practice Development.

Each
Associate has their own Focussed Marketing Programme to create
introductions to potential clients. The Focussed
Marketing Programme is you and encompasses your Core of
Excellence, Offer and High Value Added. It aims to
create introductions to build your portfolio of clients.
Focussed Marketing Programmes have been especially developed in
partnership with Full Circle International of Edinburgh. Please note
that fees are payable before joining the programmes. |
